Once the holidays are over, you can breathe a big, satisfied, sigh of relief. That is, until you look around the house at all the junk that’s accumulated. From wrapping paper and bows, to toy boxes and clothes tags, there’s a lot of extra stuff that lingers behind after all the guests have gone. Let JunkShot help you clean up!
Gather It All Up
First things first, gather it all together. Designate a room or an area in your home to be the dumping ground for all the holiday detritus. You might choose an unused spare bedroom, the attic, or your basement. Try to package it as small as you can. Put wrapping paper inside of a box inside of a trash bag, for example. If you can, try to recycle as much as possible. If you don’t have time, that’s okay! We’ll take care of it! For everything that’s left over, set it aside in a nice, neat pile. To avoid taking up too much room in your home, set this pile outside in the garage or the backyard. That will also make it easier when you schedule junk hauling.

When you’ve completed the clean up, it’s time to haul it away! Download our app, snap a picture of the pile you want to get rid of, and upload it to the app. We’ll take a look at what you’ve got and see what we can do for it. Then, we’ll contact you with a quote for junk hauling. This quote will include labor, weight, and disposal fees. Once you accept the quote, we’ll schedule a time to come out to your house and pick it up. We are available Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Junk Hauling Day
We will give you a call one hour before your appointment to confirm our arrival time. This allows for unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic or a previous job that took longer than we anticipated.
When we arrive, we will review the items and provide a final price before beginning any work. Then, we’ll take it from there! You can rest easy while we load up and haul all your junk away. Once we’re finished we will sweep up after ourselves and you can pay the driver.
